Driver link with CMR photos
Every carrier order gets a link for the driver’s phone. The driver confirms loading and delivery and photographs the CMR – you see it on the job straight away. Included in the price, no extra app to install.
Invoices without retyping
Create the sales invoice from the job, with the fuel surcharge added automatically. The PDF and the e-mail go out in your client’s language, with the CMR attached. Carrier invoices are checked against the agreed price.
Debtors and automatic reminders
See which clients are late with payments and by how much. Payment reminders go out automatically from your own mailbox, in the client’s language.
Bank statement import
Upload the bank statement file and incoming payments are matched to invoices by reference number, invoice number and amount.
Profit per forwarder
Profit by month for every forwarder, client and carrier. Tick several forwarders to see a department’s result. Download any table to Excel.
The program works in English, Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish, Estonian and Russian. Documents go out in your partner’s language.
